Hello, I am not sure this is even looked at now a days , Its February 15 2022. nice Florida weather, cold snowy pool overflowing ,driveway covered with snow, but plowed.
Regardless The Corona Virus is still here, causing international travel for vacations to remain nearly impossible.
I have the booster and find people non vaccinated nor boosted to be retards.
OK I went ahead with buying a Cape Coral Home on the river and it is larger than I originally was thinking of.
The house name is called the Monster House.
It is sure well built and like a museum. It was well cared for and had minimal hard use for 17 years, with <some>mechanical items now needing attention replacement as they fail from age not use/.
It sure gives me something to attend to. Including 3 ac's replaced totally, replacing all 2 water heaters outside units, dock lift issues, light fixtures, Faucets not working or clogged ,old switches, Both Central Vacuum systems, pool heat and upgrades, some trees removed and lots of palm tree yard trimming.
I replaced and upgraded the whole old terrible WiFi /internet system with new stuff. 9 mesh routers so WiFi is fine, I bought required TV's for home, most are on wheels so to get them moved into bed room storage closet areas so as to not junk up these beautiful rooms. I threw out about 16 old time phones secretary type switchboard like business phones, that were junking every room up. I thing the prior owners, sucessful business folk, must have liked the look ??? OK i have one set in a corner and I can turn it to either pictures art or a blazing fireplace. This home has 3 fireplaces all with propane gas to them and \Never Ever used.
They had a old Hugh projection TV finally got it removed. Removed much Junk from home, mostly the prior owners just kept a lot of the things they replaced. This junk was in the 3 storage areas so it did not clutter up anything, I now have 2 much better work type areas.. This junk was in the Above garage siting room and so called hobby work tool area.
Since \i am retired and supposedly have free time, I will ramble on a bit more. Oh the piano has a good but old fashioned player add to it and I am spending nearly 8K to replace it with a modern electronics and replacement automation hammers or whatever this is called. . there is a I guess called MEDIA center and it is full of too much junk now half thrown out. ohhh there was about 8 or 10 old style security cameras ugly as dog crap .Along these lines is a very elaborate sound system and most of that crap ( old DVD plaver, old CD changer, something to play the piano cd's and a screen computer for some unknown reason) is removed, leaving only wires to pretty good speakers all over.
Ok i am getting a few years older and indeed slowing down. Ashley seems well, She is a Doctor in Wash DC, seemingly working hard and getting ahead, Boyfriend |Partner appears just fine. I affer added financaid so to speak and She sotospeaks refuses it to a degree. Now Brandon is Brandon he and Beth have a nice gifted home , beth did her weight loss surgery and is much better off.
