Recent news has to do with Perry going to Mexicali to reduce his stomach - a procedure called VSG. This is where a good part of the stomach is removed and results expected are for a logical weight loss resulting in a remaining small stomach .I had this done March 21 and I have lost over 70 pounds and now am under 220 Lbs and now expect to end up in the low 180's . Regardless, I am healthier now, and loosing each week. I am now eating more or less normal food, however at much much less amounts. I also am treating food as an enemy and indeed taking proper care. I also skip lots of foods that are Carb. and Caloric filled. I do have vitamins to take daily. My various medical pills that I had been taking had been reduced or eliminated.
Diana remains in her constant state, not to get too much here into it, She has a nice smile and seems to comprehend. I have tremendous good in the home care for her. The Palliative Care people are also involved, so we do see a nice nurse frequently.
Some hobby's include various Radio Control toys- they all seem to crash and if they do not crash that means they are going too slow or something is wrong. The real situation is how long and how hard is it to fix.
The yard is coming along well in ta=hat I have time to take care of it. Retirement is great, I seem not to get bored nor watch much daytime tv- ok the market and Imus are ok.
